Hi I am new to the field of web development and aspire to become a proficient full stack developer. Currently, I have acquired knowledge in HTML and CSS /JS, and have made some small projects. While I have encountered no issues with HTML and CSS, I find myself facing challenges in the realm of JavaScript. I am currently navigating a learning phase and am confronted with a sense of confusion regarding whether to comprehensively study JavaScript or proceed to explore frameworks like React or tools like Bootstrap.

Hey Baxate, im a rising senior in high school currently in an internship and I am mainly versed in software engineering but I built a chrome extension which used a cloud and that introduced me into cloud engineering. I was wondering which will have more long term benefits and be more worth it in the end, software engineering or cloud engineering? Also, how can one go into cloud engineering as a software engineer?

Started my first SWE job not too long ago and finding it very challenging(understanding the codebase, etc etc). When you first started did you find it challenging or overwhelming at first? Did you work a lot of after work hours or weekends to understand everything?

What are your thoughts on a CS minor for SWE careers? I’m currently a GA State Student looking to transfer to Tech for either a math or physics major (currently torn between the two rn) but definitely planning on doing a minor in Computing and Intelligence(assuming i get accepted), it covers Data Structures and algorithms, intro to programming, ML, and more but is still a minor not a major, will this make it significantly more difficult for me to get a SWE job out of undergrad assuming i do not pursue graduate education(which is something i am considering but not committed to doing)?
