I wonder how you got to that point in your life? I want to be successful but it is way more harder in such a country like Bosnia. I have really big problems with confidence and I don’t know what to study at university. Would you recommend me software engineering and how can I gain confidence? Also could you tell me how can I earn money in Bosnia to be independent (only around $500-$700 a month) because it is way different than USA or other bigger countries in Europe and world. If so, can you give me some advice? I'm a 5'2 female weighing 174 pounds, and my goal is to lose 60 pounds. I can only work out at home, but I have a treadmill, and I'm considering getting dumbbells. I try to consume 1,500 calories everyday, but I'm unsure about the ideal macronutrient ratio for my situation. I'm attempting to follow a 35/35/30 ratio, which is 131 grams of carbs and protein, along with 50 grams of fat. However, I lack cooking skills and mainly eat out. Should I do an hour a day of cardio or strength training, and what's the best way to make a workout plan?

Can you go in depth on how you plan your days? Do you just make a list of to dos the night before then when you wake up time block everything?

I did a bachelors in corporate economics followed by a masters in artificial intelligence and machine learning. (Just graduated) im finding it super hard to even get any internships at firms.how do i go on about it? I would love if you could help me out . Thank you sm
