Do You Give Advice On Losing Weight and Building Muscle?
If so, can you give me some advice? I'm a 5'2 female weighing 174 pounds, and my goal is to lose 60 pounds. I can only work out at home, but I have a treadmill, and I'm considering getting dumbbells. I try to consume 1,500 calories everyday, but I'm unsure about the ideal macronutrient ratio for my situation. I'm attempting to follow a 35/35/30 ratio, which is 131 grams of carbs and protein, along with 50 grams of fat. However, I lack cooking skills and mainly eat out. Should I do an hour a day of cardio or strength training, and what's the best way to make a workout plan?
