Is it possible to get a full-time job without getting internship experience ?

Hello Baxate, Myself Aditya and I am from India. I am planning to pursue my masters in computer science in usa. However, I did not have any experience. Can i get a job or an internship after completing my masters in usa? Or is it important to have a experience to get a job? Thank You Aditya

Besides coding what are the most some important technical skills you need on the job? In regards to coding, does being able to write production level code come with experience?

Hello Baxate! I’m an upcoming sophomore student at uni and I would like to gain work experience. However, I lived in the US for quite a while and I’m on a dependent visa(non-working visa) rather than a student visa. Hence, I’m not allowed to apply for paid internships. I don’t want to convert into a student visa yet until my 3rd year but do you recommend applying unpaid internship as your first internship? If not, do you recommend any other ways to gain work experience? Thank you for your time to read this!
