Can i actually be a full-time software engineer with a computer engineering degree?
Hi. I am a student at TU Delft in the Netherlands and I study a Computer Science and Engineering bachelor. I am currently entering my second (out of three) year there. I have a question about the software engineering career. After I will finish my bachelor degree should I start a master before getting a job or just get a job right away. And if I were to start a master should it be a computer science related one or rather an MBA? Thank you for your time.
Hey Baxate, my name is Caden, and I’m 17 years old. I have a few questions that have been lingering, and I was hoping you could dispel some of my fears about the industry itself. Ever since I was 15, I’ve been immensely interested in Computer Science and have since studied it. I feel lost at the moment as I don’t have clarification on what my prospective goals should entail. I’ve covered some data structures and have learned languages such as JS, CSS, HTML, and Lua. I currently have a 3.5 GPA and was hoping you could give me some advice pertaining to university and how I can further take initiative in order to make admission into some of the top schools more conducive. Unfortunately, my school doesn’t provide many APs and doesn't specifically provide anything involving computer science. For my senior year, I’ll be taking Pre-Calc, College Algebra, Software & Hardware (Dual Credit), Introduction to Computers (Dual Credit), and English. My other local university has offered to allow me to take their statistics course as well, but currently I don’t feel comfortable putting more pressure on myself prior to undergrad. P.S. I also didn’t have a clear direction my freshman year, which resulted in catastrophic damage to my GPA.
Hi, im currently in my 18’s. ive done some research about investing and i feel that i am ready to start investing small. I was wondering what broker do you recommend i use and any pointers if possible. Thank you.
Hi Bax, Im in high school and my school doesn’t teach computer science but I’m trying to learn python on my own but it’s kinda hard and I don’t get anything. How much do I need to know by the time I apply for college or do they expect me not to know anything and learn everything from them? Because learning on my own isn’t easy.
