Hello, I am interested in Computer Engineering and you mentionned on your videos that it merges both software and hardware engineering. Could you please explain the difference between them concerning the objectives , the type of courses and the related jobs available on the market. Thank you!
I live in Dallas and I’m starting university next year. My two main options are SMU and UTD. I’ve heard that prestige is very important since it’s easier to get jobs and internships if you go to a well known school but I’m not sure if prestige is more important than how good of an education I receive. SMU is a very well known and good school but UTD has a better CS department. UTD accepts more 80% of people who apply (like most University of Texas schools) so it’s definitely not super prestigious and SMU has a good CS department but it’s not as good as the one in UTD. Do you have any advice?
I am Ekansh and I recently got admitted into Concordia University's Computer Engineering Program, but, honestly I wanted to pursue software engineering, is it still possible for me to become a software engineer?
Hey guys, I would like to ask you for some afvice please... So I recently graduated with a computer science and mathematics major, I am international, but I do not have a job for programming, and I feel that I am lost, I do not know where to start or what to do, I have been applying a lot to jobs but nothing appears so far, and I am just stressed and kind of mentally down, I have been trying to make projects for web development, but they seem or too complex and long to make for my short time frame that I have, or too simple for them to show on interviews or my portfolio. What do you guys think I could do, I just don't know where I can start or what to do Thank you!
