How important is knowing dsa or just DSA in general on the job? Is it only helpful for getting the job? Besides maybe knowing basic data structures like arrays and hashmaps is it helpful?

Some told me it looks like a career switch from tech recruiter to software engineer. Should I continue doing this internship, or Should I quit and focus on my dsa and relevant skills???

You mention in one of your videos that the school of your choice matters for a CS degree. I am in a school that isn't even in the top 50 for CS. What should be some steps I should take to make up for my school not being the best. Should I focus on my own teaching myself more skills or land internships that progress themselves while I finish school. Or even both?
