How important is knowing dsa or just DSA in general on the job? Is it only helpful for getting the job? Besides maybe knowing basic data structures like arrays and hashmaps is it helpful?

Hello Baxate, first i would like to say that i love your content and your advices, second I need advice to find a job in the field of software engineering, knowing that I graduated from a university outside the United States of America, majoring in computer science, and I did not get a bachelor's degree because of some financial problems, but I have the basic skills to get a job, and I have applied for many jobs since A year so far, and I have not had any opportunity yet. Is there any advice that I can use in order to get a job, and what skills can I learn in order to attract job opportunities?

Unfortunately, I am not very experienced in breaking into the US job market from outside. I would say that if you have the skills, then it may be worth applying to software jobs at non software companies (think banks, insurance companies, etc). This might give you an opportunity to break into the field easier, and from there all you will need is the experience to pivot to a software company
