What other non coding career can one pursue that is similar to software engineering?

Hey Baxate, I just finished my freshman year and declared my cs major this spring. So far I have just taken the first cs class which is python and next semester i’ll be doing data structures in java. I am kind of overwhelmed because i want to start an internship next summer but i feel i don’t have enough knowledge and i don’t have a good resume yet to start applying. I want to use this summer to start projects in python and I also want to learn java to make next semester easier for me. I also want to learn how to use other python libraries to help me start good projects. I want to start web development or UI/UX because i feel i need more things to make my resume look good and of course gain more knowledge. I kind of feel knowing all these right now may not even be what i exactly need to land an internship but i don’t know. I really wanna know what is necessary for me to learn so that i will focus on them with the aim of getting a resume and the knowledge i can use to get an internship. I don’t wanna waste the summer.
Hey Bax! So I am graduating in May of next year. What do you think of the market and how much should I ask for as a CS graduate. I have had two internships, one in Software Engineering and the other as a Software Developer. I understand the basic data structure and algorithms, but I am not really great at coding. I want to land a software engineer job with a high salary. What is your tip? Thanks!
Hey Bax, I’m about to be a second year marketing student and I’m interested in tech. I enjoy marketing but as I stated im intrigued by tech and it’s perks, however I have no experience and want to remain in marketing program. I was wondering if you think double majoring with both marketing and software engineering would be a beneficial route as I intend to get a masters anyways so the extra schooling time wouldn’t affect me. If you don’t think it’s beneficial do you think jobs would hire me in a tech position that uses marketing if I become a self taught coder bringing knowledge of both the applied fields.
Love your videos, honestly an inspiration. What would you say are the most hardest coding languages and why as well As what are you’re favorite languages? Do you have a recommendation on a past book that you’ve read that really helped learn the fundamentals of learning to code?
