Besides coding what are the most some important technical skills you need on the job? In regards to coding, does being able to write production level code come with experience?

Hi Baxate, watched some of your videos and I love it for the advice that you give specially being so young. I current I have my mindset on being a software engineer and I honestly don’t know where to begin. I currently work as an automation test engineer but mostly does manuel testing. My programming skills and I would say it’s a beginner level. I wanted to seek your advice on where should I begin? should I just apply for for an entry-level software engineer job after brushing up a little bit of skill? Or do you recommend taking a full programming course and going about it that way?
