Hi! i am an incoming freshman in college and i am new to coding and am a cs major. i was going to get a macbook, but my friends who do code warned me not to do so. so now I’m wondering, what laptop should i buy which is optimal for coding?

I am a sophmore CompE at UIUC, and all my friends have internships lined up at big tech for next summer while I'm still doing interviews and applying. I wonder if its because I go to a public school and maybe if I worked in harder in highschool I coulda went to MIT or something. Do you think its still possible for my TC to be 200k straight out of college. Please let me know!

I’ll a freshman going into penn state and I’ve been thinking a lot about rushing I just don’t know if I will have the time . All my old high school friends are rushing and the people I’ve met here so far that I click with the most are also probably going to rush. I’m friendly with all my engineering floor mates and stuff I just don’t think we are similar enough to be good friends . So my main question is how were you able to study computer engineering while also being a fraternity . I want to keep my grades as high as possible and I know that I’m not the best student ever so I will need to spend a lot of time studying. At penn state rush doesn’t start until spring for freshman so I do have a lot of time to think about it.

Hey Carter. I am going to be a sophomore at Penn state this upcoming fall studying computer science. I feel that I have the same interests as you coding, social media and fitness. While I will be moving off campus this year, I was wondering if you had some easy meals or nutrition tips? With a very busy schedule and also enjoying have fun with friends on the weekend, I find it hard to make tasty and high protein foods. Thanks.
