Hey Baxate,
I'm a 22 year old and moved to Canada at the start of this year and want to become a software engineer. I was previously studying Accounting back home but I dropped out because I realized I picked the wrong major when I was 19 (didn't have much life experience back then). But now that I've got most things figured out and know what I truly want, I've decided to study computer science and go back to school again. I've spent most of this year learning HTML, CSS, JavaScript and a lil bit of Java through online resources.
What advice would you give for someone who's starting out Comp Sci in Uni at 23? Am I too late for the party? Also should I take the Uni route or the Bootcamp route?
(*Also I took the required Canadian high school courses this year in order to get into Uni and my grades looks pretty good and should get me into one of the top schools here. They don't use SAT's for uni admission process here but use grade 12 marks.*)
Thanks :)
