Home workout for beginner
Hi I am from Singapore and I came across your profile on TikTok and I just want to say I appreciate your advice so far :) I am currently a year 1 student in university and now I am having my summer vacation. I am not in the best of shape and I would like to improve that. I want to be realistic so I was thinking of starting just 3 exercises (pushups, planks and squats) to do at home for at least 5 days a week, I am thinking of starting with 10 pushups 30s plank and 15 squats for the first 2 weeks and every 2 weeks i will increase pushups and squats by 5 and planks by 10s. The reason I chose these exercises is because they are quite easy to pick up and they can help me keep a better posture (because I sit most of the time) Would appreciate your thoughts if these are good exercises to begin with and if my current target is realistic.
