Can I go to college with knowing just about nothing of SE and still make a living of it after college?

What classes in college have you taken that are either necessary or very helpful, and what could one generally expect or should be taking while in college

do you recommend going to a community college for 2 years to get an associate degree in computer programming then transfer to a university, or do the community college then get an internship?

I’m just now graduating highschool this may and i’m going to community college because of the cost what can i do in community college in order to set myself up for an internship maybe next summer or the summer after that. Is it impossible to become a software engineer from a community college or would a 4 year would?

When entering college does it make any difference if you major in comp sci or actual software engineering if your planning on trying to get a software engineer job after college?
