Hey, Wich subject should I be good at it for being a software engineer? which university in Lebanon do you recommend me for doing software engineering? Is the salary worth it?do we memorize every Code ??

I’m first year student at the university of Ottawa. I’m studying biomedical mechanical engineering but after watching your videos I’m thinking of switching from biomedical engineering to software engineering. What do you recommend? Is software engineering better than biomedical engineering?

I have learned html,css,bootstrap javascript,php and mysql. I built complex templates with html and css only and create multiple databases with php and mysqli,work some cool project and still I believe I'm not job ready,I am looking to learn mern stack,will I be able to secure a job I I learned it and grind leetcode problems,and I am currently learning through the odin project,what's your recommendations.thank you.

I’m a first year marketing major looking to start investing early, base salary after graduation is expected to be around 40-50k cad (30-37k usd).
