Dry Skin Patches

Hi Amy! I have a family member who recently went to a dermatologist to have a spot on her face and arm frozen off. She noticed another spot starting on her face. She thinks it might be precancerous from lack of skin protection in her youth. Any thoughts of reversing or helping when these dry patches start? Thanks 😊
