All of our cleanses come with detailed step by step instructions to walk you through the whole process.
I would start with our Heavy Metal kit for both of you. This will work on cleansing not only the heavy metals, but also cleansing the blood & lymphatic systems as well as the liver and gallbladder and colon. If you've never cleansed, I would do the Heavy metal kit for 2 months first.

When we were researching the parasite concept, we were immediately eager to be cleansed of any and all boogers asap! (Do we really have to wait 6 months before doing the parasite cleanse?) Is it too much to incorporate parasite cleanse with the metal cleanse right outta the gate?
