Cleanse & Hormones

Hi Amy! I'm so glad this community exists! I'm so happy there's a way to receive help & support on my health journey. Question 1; Do you think your happy hormones will help my horrible sleep issues? I'm peri-menopausal and I deal with terrible disruptive sleep most nights, or I'm up with insomnia around 3am. I eat mostly plant-based and exercise 3-5 days a week. I don't know what else I can do. Question 2; My hubby & I are doing our first parasite cleanse...yours! He read the directions incorrectly and I followed suit. We took the cleansing pills for one week but didn't incorporate the tea. Could we still start the parabye and binder pills or should be extend the cleanse with the few leftover pills and the tea for a day or two more?

Yes!  The Happy Hormones is working great for those who are going through perimenopause and menopause.  It do believe it will help with your sleep too.  It makes me very sleepy and I get a good nights rest.

Yes, you can still proceed with the parasite part of the cleanse!  The tea is just a little added bonus, it's the nightly capsules that are most important, so if you've taken those, that's the most important!  Please keep me posted on your progress!

Great! My hubby is happy to know he didn't "mess up too bad."

I'll let you know how the cleanse goes!  There was so much conflicting information online and for awhile I gave up considering a parasite cleanse.  Then there was you :).  It's a bonus that you are a Christ-follower!  Thank you so much for all your hard work and dedication!
