Binder

Why does it say not to take with food? Does that mean take after a meal or before a meal? I guess I’m asking when is the best time to take the binder? I’ve been taking mine after I eat lunch because that’s when I remember to take it.

    The Binder is exactly that, a Binder.  So if you take it along with any other supplements or medications, the Binder will bind to it and you won't get the nutrients from the supplements or food.  You could take it around 10am so that when you go to eat lunch, it's been 2 hours.
