Hey everyone!

I'm so sorry for missing the Zoom call this weekend. My schedule is a bit overwhelmed at the moment and I lost track of time. I apologize from the bottom of my heart! I know how much we look forward to our time together! I will try to make it up to you during our next Zoom in June. I was going to try and reschedule for this next weekend, but of course, scheduling issues. Thank you for accepting that I'm human. I will have the newsletter out this week with June dates. Goldenseal

Hey sister!! Is Goldenseal contraindicated if you have autoimmune diseases such as Hashimoto, Graves or other autoimmune disorders? Asking due to the potential for enhancing the immune function by increasing antigen-specific antibody production. I just purchased the Blood and Lymphatic cleanse you have not thinking about it having Goldenseal in it until I read the ingredients again🤦🏼‍♀️ I’m special.. I know lol
