Hi Amy, I know you are away for a little bit so no hurry. I just received my kit and can not wait to start but I have questions I know what to do with the Clean Sweep tea and cap I know what to do with the Parabye and the Bentp Binder but where in this rotation to I put the Mind Your Minerals, Revelations Remedy, and Sweet Dreams (I probly should be using this right now)?
Hi Amy, I am thinking of doing the Parasite cleanse. I am a bit of a chicken to do it. I work from 6 till 3. Would like to do the 3 month. Is there alot of fasting with this? And do you have any code savings going on right now? I don't get to see your live chats. But love that I can look back on the conversations. Thank you for taking us on this journey. I enjoy learning how to tincture and make teas. And we are so Blessed that God has provided for our needs. He is a good good Father. Thanks so much Cathy
Hi Beautiful, I wanted to ask you about some plants I have found. And would you suggest harvesting any of the and what would be a good resource as to how and what the benefits are? 1. Prickly lettuce 2. White clover 3. Hop trefoil 4. Texas toadflax 5. Beaked cornsalad 6. Virginia plantain
I'm wondering if the suggested whole foods list provided with the kits, needs to be followed 100%. If a person caves and has a slice of pizza or ice cream, how does this effect the cleans process?
