Hi Amy! I had a total hysterectomy in 2012 and i decided to stop taking the estrogen and try the Happy Happy Hormone. I have been using it since Feb of this year and since around the end of March and toward the first of April i have been getting really bad hot flashes during the day and night now as to where before they were mainly at night when I would wake up in a puddle of sweat. Do you think my body has just gotten used to the HHH? I've been taking 3 pills every night since March as I started out with 2 in Feb. Just feeling kinda defeated as i was hoping it would help with the hot flashes and even help with my weight that i can't seem to shake off. Any suggestions would be great! Thank you!
